In Dallas, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Dallas is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Dallas is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

there is no store front. It's a commissary kitchen. Don't know where they distribute it but can't buy anything there. Also no parking.

I went in to grab a few things for breakfast and ended up leaving with way more than I planned lol. The place had a really nice smell as soon as you walk in and everything in the display looked fresh. I tried a couple pastries and a muffin, and both tasted really good without being overly sweet. The staff was friendly too and didnβt make me feel rushed while I was deciding. The coffee was decent and paired well with what I got. Overall it felt like one of those neighborhood spots you kinda want to keep coming back to. Pretty solid experience.

Exquisite croissants and very helpful service after we showed up not knowing how exactly to order. Best to order ahead of time via their instagram, but they were very accommodating and we got two delicious, warm croissants! Layers of yummy pastry!

Dear lord. Iβm hesitant to even share a review in case these ladies get discovered and too big for Las Colinas and leave us. I stopped in on a whim because my office building is nearby and YβALL. Walking in the front door of the high rise, you canβt see this place or any signs for itβ¦ but you can follow the smell of warm, buttery bread. It was intimidating going into an office building lobby that isnβt mine but IT WAS 100% WORTH THE DISCOMFORT. There are trays and trays of huge, freshly rolled croissants, waiting to go in the oven. Youβre greeted with a kind smile. They make their breads and pastries in house and it makes ALL the difference. I ordered a breakfast croissant (bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese and egg however you want - I chose fried with a jammy yolk). Perfectly seasoned and cooked egg, crisp ripe veggies, thick bacon, and a flaky, hot croissant with toasted cheese. I grabbed a pastry to go that was seasoned with cardamom (I believe) and as I took the first bite, I actually said, βOH MY GODβ out loud because itβs THAT good. The texture, the light spice flavor thatβs not overpowering but not shrinking into the background. Also, the cafe overlooks the waterway and ha

The food is FANTASTIC, and the ladies behind the register & kitchen are so nice. All the bread is made in house, walking up to the doors you can smell the bread being baked. I had a burger that was so good I ate it all before remembering I wanted to take a picture. The fresh baked pastries are incredible and so irresistible. Do yourself the favor and check this place out. Its inside the big building Canal Center same floor as the lobby towards the back. Trust me once you walk in the building you'll know you're in the right place with that amazing fresh baked smell in the air.
